Sweet Peach Planning is a boutique Wedding Planning & Event Coordination firm that is run by Megan Papageorge, an alumni of The Bridal Society. Our team of experienced creatives specializes in luxury, vintage, bohemian and unique weddings. With our collaborative approach to planning we walk you through every step of the process. Then, using our incredible vendor connections we make your vision come to life, while also putting our own elevated touches on it.
Our main office is located in Long Beach with a second location in Los Angeles. We have also completed weddings in Central Virginia, Middle Georgia, the Low Country South Carolina, National Parks of California and beyond. We love to travel and are open to destination weddings in the USA or abroad.
Over the past six years we have completed over 200 Weddings and Events. Every single one was remarkable, detailed and special in it's own way.

We are budget sticklers. With monthly check ins we keep you on track with where your money is being spent and what still needs to be ordered.
We will create detailed Timelines and Itineraries that will make your vendors, friends and families lives much easier.
We will coordinate your Rehearsal so everyone from the smallest flower girl to the sweetest old granny knows exactly where to go. This is actually one of our favorite parts of the wedding weekend, we love meeting the most special people in your life.
We are great listeners, not just to respond but to really hear your needs. We are a safe place to land when the planning process just gets to be too much.
